Flourless Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3-4 bananas

  • 1/4 c maple syrup

  • 2 c rolled oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Optional-a dash of vanilla and a dash of ground cinnamon

Method

Pre-heat oven on 350. Blend all ingredients on high for 1 minute or until you have a good consistency! Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! All ovens vary..enjoy!
