Ok, I love my chocolate pumpkin bread recipe that is made with almond flour..but sometimes I just cant get it to cook properly. So I have been testing other pumpkin bread recipes out to see if I can find something that cooks better and tastes better. You guys! This recipe is now PERFECTED. I hope you add these ingredients to your list and make this ASAP.

I didn’t add dark chocolate because I wasn’t feeling chocolate on this day but you could definitely still add dark chocolate pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pure pumpkin

  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp all spice

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Pre-heat oven to 350. Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix well! Add to bread pan, cook for 30 mins then cover with foil and cook for another 45 minutes! Test with a tooth pick..keep checking on it..all ovens vary! Yours might cook faster than mine.

Tip: Always keep your baked breads, muffins in the refrigerator. They store sooo much better! Re-heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
