Dates Protein Balls
Most of you know I’m a huge fan of the grab and go protein balls..I always thought I wasn’t a fan of dates. I have tried RX bars and other bars made with dates as the base and just didn’t enjoy them..I decided to give them a try myself. I am now a DATES lover..this naturally sweet treat is so delicious. I can’t wait for you to try! 🐝~~~~
- 1 c pitted medjool dates
- 1 c raw almonds
- 2 tbsp super seed & ancient seeds blend (or use chia seeds)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Blend It all up in a good processor or vitamix until you get a smooth mixture. Roll into balls and store in the fridge, covered.
