Pan Seared Salmon + Multi Grain Blend
1 package of Trader Joe’s multi grain blend + veggies
Sprinkle the salmon with a little bit of each seasoning (a lot of pepper). Heat about 1 tbsp of avocado or olive oil on medium/high. Once it gets hot, add the salmon skin up! Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until you see a nice line in the middle of the fish. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Depends on how you like your fish cooked and how thick it is.
For the multi grain blend I used a frozen bag from Trader Joe’s! This is my FAVORITE especially when I just want dinner real quick/don’t want to make a mess. Cook in a skillet with a little bit of olive oil for 6-10 mins on medium!
