Spineapple Sunrise 

  • 1 c frozen pineapple
  • 2-3 c spinach
  • 1/2 c frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2c almond milk
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
  • Add ice if needed! 

Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth!

BERRYNutella

  • 1 C frozen berries
  • 2 C spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 C almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nutella
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein 
  • Add 1/4-1/2 C ice if needed

Blend on high for 1 minute!
